For buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through various courier companies based on your location.

-> How long does it take to receive the product?

Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

-> Is there any chance for delay in delivery?

We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

-> Is there free shipping?

Yes. Shipping will be free for orders with minimum total value above Rs.500.

-> What are the shipping charges?

Shipping will be Rs.60 for all the orders inside Tamil Nadu and Rs.80 for other states with order value below Rs.500.
