Return:

To return the product, the customer needs to contact the aakisan team with the reason for return. We accept the return request only for the below reasons,

  1. The product is damaged.
  2. Wrong product recieved
  3. Product missing in the package

Customers are requsted to capture a video of package opening and it will be used as a reference for return.

If the Customer wants to return the product for the below reasons, we will deduct the shipping charge before the refund process.

  1. Product size issues(small / big)
  2. Ordered wrong product
  3. Placed order by mistake

Return Process:

Return request should be placed within 24 hrs of receiving the product.The customer needs to send the product to the address shared by the Aakisan Cotton Bag and place a new order to receive the right product.

Refund:

Once we receive the product, we will refund the amount back to the original payment source. It may take few days for the banking partner to credit the amount.
